User Agreement
This Agreement governs your use of the Dar Alfaris Training website and portal. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept it.
1. Eligibility & acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into this Agreement. Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. Account & security
You agree to provide accurate details, confirm your email address, and keep your password confidential. An account is personal to one user; sharing login credentials or letting others use your account is prohibited.
3. Course access licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the course materials made available to your account, for your own training only.
4. Copyright — view-only
All course materials (video, documents, presentations, images, text) are owned by or licensed to Dar Alfaris Training and are protected by copyright. They are provided for on-site viewing only. You may not:
• download, copy, print, or save the materials by any means;
• screen-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture them;
• redistribute, share, broadcast, sell, or transfer them to any third party;
• attempt to bypass access controls or technical protections.
Any unauthorised use is a copyright infringement and may lead to account termination and legal action.
5. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful purposes, and do nothing that harms the service, other users, or violates applicable regulations.
6. Certificates
Completion certificates evidence your progress within the platform and are not, by themselves, a regulatory or formal qualification.
7. Disclaimer
Materials are provided for training and development. They do not replace approved formal training or any regulatory requirement.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches this Agreement — particularly copyright violations — without prior notice.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update this Agreement from time to time, effective when posted. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Contact: info@daf.ly.
